Al Graves / Founder & President
Al Graves has dedicated over 40 years to the design and construction industries.His career began as a project manager and estimator for residential and light commercial projects .During the mid 1970’s, he formed a partnership in Southern California that focused on light commercial and restaurant projects. In 1979 he accepted the position of Assistant Director of Design and Construction for the national restaurant chain Chuck E. Cheese Pizza Time Theaters. In 1983 he joined a Northern California construction firm as its vice president. The company's clientele included national chain organizations.In 1987, he founded ACG Construction, Inc., serving as its president, offering expertise in the areas of new construction, remodeling, renovation, tenant improvement, and construction management.
David Harvard / Project Manager & Senior Superintendent
Dave brings over 30 years of construction experience to ACG Construction, Inc. In the 1970s Dave Harvard founded and ran his own General Contracting company. Subsequent to that he pursued his a career in the construction business as a Project manager and estimator for several other Northern California Contractor companys. This work spanned most of the 1980s and 1990s. Dave joined ACG Construction, Inc. in 1996 as an Assistant Superintendent, and is currently the lead Project Manager and Estimator. Dave has a diverse and comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry including experience in site and commercial construction.
Jennifer Cray / Controller
A multi-talented business woman, Ms. Cray joined ACG in early 2004 after successful careers in both the financial and travel industries. Ms. Cray is responsible for all aspects of insurance, contract administration, benefits, human resources, and compliance with the ever changing labor laws. In addition, Ms. Cray manages our information and communication systems.
